​Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

At Reiki Rewritten, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide healing experiences and products with care and integrity. Please review our refund policy below for all service types.

Healing Sessions (In-Person or Remote)

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a one-time reschedule.

If you cancel or change your mind after booking, no refunds will be issued. You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel a second time or fail to reschedule, the session is forfeited.

​

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable.

If you arrive late to a remote session, your session may be shortened, and the full fee still applies.

​

For in-person sessions: If you are not home, do not answer the door, or are otherwise unavailable when I arrive, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Travel sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded if the client is not present and prepared upon arrival.

If for any reason I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

Digital Products & Downloads

​

​Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

 

Merchandise (if applicable in future)

​

​If physical products are introduced in the future (e.g., printed workbooks, card decks, etc.), a separate policy for returns/exchanges will be provided at that time.
